Company Evolution We started as a one-man business in 1997 when the founder and current Managing Director, Douglas Smith, was promoting gas and electricity from ScottishPower in the deregulated gas and electricity markets. We gained Limited Company status in 2001 and we now have about 60 people on our payroll. Current Position in Marketplace Most of our field marketing activities in the UK are in the utilities sector where we provide money-saving energy services for customers. We are the premier sales agency in Scotland representing ScottishPower in the domestic and commercial energy fields. Our previous experience of managing roadshows and instore merchandising activities makes us well placed to help clients in these areas also. |

| Future Developments We are currently looking for other high quality products and services that we can sell, as brokers, on behalf of well-established and respected companies or organisations.
